Management
FIMA CEO and Professional Model Keneisha Mitchell has been involved in numerous fashion shows, commercials and photo-shoots with local as well as international photographers (Los Angeles, USA). Samples of Mitchell’s work may be seen on her profile on the popular modelling website Model Mayhem (MM). Keneisha was also featured in Life and Times Magazine entitled – Keneisha - The Jamaica Super Model Tour.
In 2011, while still working on her career as a Model, she started recruiting and grooming aspiring models. By the end of the year, Mitchell had recruited over twenty (20) models to train the models. In 2012 the number of models had grown to fifty-three (53).
The below article is an excerpt taken from the Jamaica Gleaner featuring Ms. Mitchell:
Although she prefers to be referred to just as a model, the St Andrew-born Mitchell also has the titles preschool teacher, poet and songwriter under her belt.
Down to earth, hard-working and dedicated, Mitchell described herself as a people person. These attributes have already taken her career to the international level, she explained. "I am a model/actress/teacher, I am a preschool teacher, I teach preschool up to five years old. But I quit my job and now operate my own business, which is Face Impressions Modelling Agency, located in Kingston," Mitchell said.
Next Stop for Charlie, featuring Neil Mandt, is a Showtime comedy series based on the movie Last Stop for Paul. An episode was shot in Montego Bay in 2011 in which Mitchell appeared as a model on stage.
"I always wanted to do that, so being that I am engaged in it now I can actually push myself to be focused on any other big opportunities that might come along.
"I've also done photo shoots with Devere Wheatfall Photography from Los Angeles," she disclosed.

Mitchell has also appeared in several music videos, including Boom Steppa's Money Pon Mi Mind.
"I recruit them, groom them, teach them the basics that they need to know. We do promotions, model choreography, pageant choreography, dancing, everything. And even though I'm doing this, I try my best to keep my modelling career up to scratch because I still get calls from overseas for shows," said Mitchell.
Still, there is more to come for Mitchell.
